Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Sensata Technologies. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to customers, commissioning and servicing energy storage inverters, HV battery storage systems, and industrial DC power conversion systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commission and service energy storage inverters, HV battery storage systems, and industrial DC power conversion systems
  • Provide on-site technical support to customers
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and services to maximize customer uptime
  • Write detailed technical service reports and procedures
  • Provide training and support to customers and field technicians

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in power electronics and field service
  • Experience with medium voltage power systems and industrial power conversion equipment
  • Valid driver's license and passport
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and advanced computer skills

Working Conditions:

This role requires frequent travel, primarily within the assigned region of the U.S. International travel may be required on rare occasions.
