Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Engineering Manager to lead our team in the Automation Industry. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to optimize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and extend asset life.
• Lead and manage engineering projects, including new installations, facility upgrades, and process improvements, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management for the engineering and maintenance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance and engineering leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, engineering principles, and project management techniques.
