Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Accounts Representative to join our team at Heritage Bank. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a financial services industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
