Key Responsibilities:

As a Certified Nursing Aide Specialist, you play a crucial role in ensuring a nurturing and supportive environment that prioritizes the residents' well-being. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to create a warm and engaging atmosphere.
  • Collaborating with nursing and healthcare teams to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Facilitating mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning to promote comfort and independence.
  • Supporting residents during mealtimes, ensuring nutritional needs are met and catering to individual dietary preferences.
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' physical and emotional health.
Qualifications:
  • Current and valid Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting with resident mobility.
