KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Practical Nursing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Upholding the philosophy, standards, policies, and procedures of the unit and facility
- Delivering direct care to residents with compassion and respect
- Coordinating, supervising, and evaluating resident care
- Ensuring safety for both residents and nursing staff
- Collaborating effectively with nursing and other departments
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor with residents, visitors, and staff
- Performing additional tasks as required

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Graduate from an accredited or state-approved nursing program

Licensure/Certification:
Valid Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR certification, in good standing

Experience:
Preferred one year of experience in geriatric or clinical nursing
