Key Responsibilities of the Custodial Specialist:

The Custodial Specialist will deliver a comprehensive range of cleaning services to uphold the cleanliness and safety of our facility.

Essential Duties:

  • Adhere to established cleaning protocols and quality assurance measures.
  • Maintain organized cleaning schedules for designated areas.
  • Coordinate with Nursing Services for routine and special cleaning procedures.
  • Stay informed about safety regulations and implement established safety practices.
  • Report any unsafe or hazardous conditions and defective equipment to a supervisor promptly.

  • Address complaints or grievances with supervisors in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • A solid understanding of effective housekeeping practices is essential.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
