Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Review and receive merchandise shipments, manage store inventory accuracy, and maintain all inventory documentation.
  • Merchandise Transfers: Continuously improve processes and streamline merchandise transfers to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
  • Customer Service: Assist on the sales floor by greeting customers and answering questions as needed.
  • Communication: Work with multiple departments to process merchandise returns and acknowledge receipt of shipments, and communicate with the fulfillment center any discrepancies or quality issues discovered during receiving and auditing of merchandise.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in inventory or merchandise support.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Availability: Reliable and flexible schedule availability, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
