Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our executive staff, you will provide administrative support to our leadership team and assist with marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, coordinate special projects, and serve as the first point of contact for executive team members
  • Develop and implement social media strategies, create engaging content, and monitor follower engagement
  • Coordinate with vendors, assist with marketing materials, and implement programs as directed by management
  • Exercise discretion when handling confidential customer and employee information
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, coordinating equipment repair, and maintaining an electronic filing system

Requirements:

  • 1 year of administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
