Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at GPM Investments LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly demeanor, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit card payments, and manage returns and exchanges.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, rotating stock, and removing damaged or out-of-code items.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, such as visual merchandising, inventory counts, and store events.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old (21 in certain states).
  • Availability: Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
