Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including scanning items, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as directed by management, including restocking returns, replenishing front-end items, and cleaning.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
  • Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
  • Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
  • Must meet the company performance standards for the job.
