Key Responsibilities:

Engage customers in innovative ways by sharing knowledge about our products' fabrics, features, fit, and functionality.

Enhance customer interaction both inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community initiatives.

Deliver training and immediate feedback based on our Customer Experience Playbook and other performance standards (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.).

Work alongside the Store Manager to motivate associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
Communicate inventory and training requirements to the Store Manager to enhance the overall customer experience.
Adhere to store merchandising guidelines that facilitate an enjoyable shopping experience and add value to the customer journey.
Actively contribute feedback to the Store Manager to foster continuous business improvement.
Aim for excellence in meeting and surpassing store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for product information to customers and team members.
Achieve personal sales targets and maintain sales performance.
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols and identify potential issues.
Assist with inventory management as needed, including unpacking boxes weighing 10-30 lbs.

Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail setting; prior management experience is advantageous.

Familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other health-oriented activities.

Strong interpersonal skills, a positive demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with large teams.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
Knowledge of retail inventory and POS systems.
Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a talent for inspiring others.
Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and performing well under pressure.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This role requires continuous movement, communication, and standing for extended periods, with occasional bending, kneeling, and climbing.
