Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, providing accurate product information, and promoting sales through point of sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Greet and acknowledge customers, provide excellent customer service, and promote products to achieve sales goals.
  • Merchandise Management: Maintain the appearance of the selling floor, process and maintain stock, and assist in receiving, folding, and replenishing merchandise.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing activities, such as opening new charge accounts, to achieve company goals.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently complete all transactions and paperwork, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior retail sales experience and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, proficiency with basic math skills, and ability to learn selling skills and operate a POS register and telxon.
  • Availability: Available to work varied days and hours, including evenings and weekends.
