Job Overview

Compass Group Careers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional computing services and support to our corporate and field associates, including VIP and executive level associates.

This hybrid role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be the public face of our IT department, representing the user perspective in all technical operations and project activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level technical support for Microsoft Windows, Office, Apple OS, browsers, and Compass Group applications.
  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, Active Directory, Exchange, O365 administration, Intune, and mobile device management.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for IT issues, with a focus on troubleshooting a range of devices and applications.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for VIP associates on technology use.
  • Assist with associate relocations to new offices/cubicles as needed.
  • Support office video conference, audio-visual, and network infrastructure as required.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance processes and applications, participating in testing, documentation, incident management, and project involvement.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to convey technical concepts effectively and maintain clear communication with associates.
  • Collaborative approach to working with IT and business teams, with a focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction.
