Role Summary
The Spa Concierge is responsible for providing comprehensive guidance to guests regarding spa services and treatments, managing appointments, retail transactions, and facilitating guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism. Your Daily Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Spa Director, your daily tasks as a Spa Concierge will include:
- Promoting the Regent service philosophy through exemplary interpersonal attributes.
- Understanding and adhering to Regent Spa's policies and protocols.
- Welcoming guests warmly and providing thorough information about spa offerings.
- Efficiently scheduling spa and salon appointments while suggesting additional products.
- Exhibiting professionalism and attentiveness to guest needs.
- Conducting tours of spa facilities as required and collaborating with guests and team members.
- Maintaining high guest service standards in line with Forbes Five-Star expectations.
- Reporting guest concerns to the Spa Manager on Duty.
- Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with PPE regulations.
- Making informed decisions based on established guidelines.
- Possessing comprehensive knowledge of all spa and salon treatments to inform guests.
- Driven by sales with a focus on customer service, providing recommendations and promoting services.
- Completing all opening and closing procedures.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, spa, hospitality, or retail.
- At least 1 year of experience in luxury retail.
- Authorization to work in the US.
- Flexible schedule availability, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Polished, professional appearance with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Booker, Book4Time, or Spa Soft is preferred.
For this role, the hourly wage is set at $33.00. This range is specific to positions at Regent Santa Monica Beach. The stated pay scale reflects the minimum and maximum anticipated for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary and could be adjusted in the future based on market conditions or internal requirements. The specific position within the range is influenced by factors such as education, certifications, experience, skills, performance, and business needs.
Compensation is contingent upon being earned and determined. Any bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation are at the sole discretion of the Company until disbursed, and adjustments may occur within legal boundaries.
