Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategy: Build a comprehensive growth strategy for our maritime business, identifying new markets, customers, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Lead Business Development Efforts: Lead a team of business development professionals in identifying, pursuing, and capturing new business opportunities in the maritime sector.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the maritime industry, ensuring that their needs are met and that we are well-positioned to capture new opportunities.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute plans to drive business growth, including identifying new revenue streams, expanding existing relationships, and entering new markets.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that our maritime business is aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Measure and Report Performance: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our maritime business, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
