Job Role:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Engineer II to join our team within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Engineer II, your primary duties will encompass:

  • Overseeing and managing a variety of construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Leading and guiding a team of engineers and technical staff.
  • Creating and interpreting control schematics and P&ID.
  • Designing and executing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Working with industrial controls and AC motors.
  • Developing and maintaining electrical models.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Identifying potential challenges and formulating solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Continuously enhancing processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction field.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Advanced knowledge of control schematics, P&ID, pneumatic, hydraulic, and industrial controls.
  • Proficiency in AC motors and electrical modeling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A valid engineering license is preferred.
