Your Role:
In this pivotal position, you will enhance our B2B vertical by fostering impactful relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing strategic partnerships with Flywire clients.
2. Guiding clients through the onboarding process with enthusiasm and comprehensive support to ensure their success.
3. Cultivating long-term client relationships by engaging with key decision-makers, conducting quarterly business reviews, and overseeing the renewal process.
4. Identifying and implementing strategies to increase client investment in Flywire services.
5. Acting as the primary contact for troubleshooting, collaborating with relevant teams as necessary.
6. Gathering product feedback to influence the development of our B2B offerings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, consulting, or customer-facing roles, preferably within a SaaS payment environment.
- Proven ability to thrive in collaborative and fast-paced settings.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ideal candidates will be located in either a western or central time zone.
