- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure Daneco Group remains competitive in the logistics industry.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in freight forwarding (ocean and/or air) and sales management is required.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing a sales team and driving sales growth is essential.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the logistics industry and its trends is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Cargo Wise One ERP and proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is required.
