Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN/RN to join our General Surgery clinic team at Saint Alphonsus Health System. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care, work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with clinic flow and procedures, ensuring efficient and effective patient care.
  • Provide patient education and reinforcement for pre and post-surgery, promoting patient understanding and empowerment.
  • Follow cancer patients with a pathway of care and coordination, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with RNs and providers to meet patient needs, promoting a positive and compassionate patient experience.

Requirements:
  • Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE.
  • RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network.
