Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Terraces of Boise, a HumanGood community. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.

About the Role

This is a full-time, day shift position (6am-6pm) that requires a current LPN/LVN license in the state of Idaho. You will be responsible for the nursing needs of our residents, working closely with our care partners to develop assignments and ensure resident care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Develop assignments in coordination with care partners
  • Keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure resident-centered care
Requirements
  • Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Idaho
  • Current CPR certification
  • Prior nursing experience in Memory Support working with Persons/Residents living with Dementia highly desirable
