Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Terraces of Boise, a HumanGood community. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.

About the Role

This is a full-time, day shift position (6am-6pm) that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the care team.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in gerontology and dementia care.
Requirements
  • Current LPN license in the state of Idaho.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Prior experience in memory support and dementia care is highly desirable.
