Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Terraces of Boise, a HumanGood community. As a key member of our Assisted Living/Memory Support team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents while promoting a safe and healthy environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify resident needs and make recommendations for care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Idaho
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with residents with dementia and memory impairments (desirable)
