Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, serving as the main point of contact throughout all project phases.
  • Partner with business analysts to refine business cases into business requirements, and collaborate with Solution Leads to design and oversee system architecture.
  • Conduct project discovery, gap/fit analysis, and document process flows to implement desired business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge articles related to specific projects or initiatives, and provide key role in SME/User training and major incident management.
Day-to-Day Activities
  • Screen business needs to translate into initial business requirements for technical evaluation and classify feasibility to execute.
  • Document detailed functional and technical requirements in discovery, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and design PBIs.
  • Participate in testing and validation of deliverables to ensure they meet business requirements and design.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant with a focus on Customer Service, omnichannel, Field Service, and Sales modules.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Dynamics CRM and associated Power Platform functional and technical solutions.
  • Experience with customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CE using PowerAutomates, business rules, and workflows.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Rally.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum development framework.
