As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately collecting, analyzing, and recording demographic, insurance/financial, and clinical data from multiple sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze demographic, insurance/financial, and clinical data from multiple sources
  • Obtain signatures necessary for scheduling, registration, and billing
  • Screen for compliance with payer requirements for medical necessity and pre-certification
  • Complete third-party eligibility and benefit verification to ensure accurate payment
  • Interact with patients, their representatives, and other stakeholders in a customer-focused and compassionate manner
Requirements
  • High School diploma
  • Two years of admitting experience
  • Medical terminology preferred
  • Must speak and write English
