Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Admissions to join our team at Brookline College.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Recruit, train, manage, supervise, and motivate Admissions Representatives and support staff to ensure excellent customer service and student experience.
  • Admissions Operations: Ensure that phone calls are evaluated for each Admissions Representative biweekly and interviews are evaluated for each Representative once monthly. Conduct Professional Standards evaluations on a quarterly basis.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, monitor, and report on progress toward start goals, and work closely with the campus management team to ensure adequate resources to meet admissions goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with the Regional Director of Admissions to periodically assess whether admissions policies and procedures are meeting the goals of the partnership.
  • Event Planning: Plan and conduct partner-based events like recruitment events, orientations, and other activities to promote the college and attract new students.
  • Communication: Correspond with prospective students, applicants, and others seeking information on admissions standards, and provide guidance throughout the admissions process.
  • Team Development: Conduct daily standups and weekly team meetings to build team cohesiveness, review progress toward goals, policies, and procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: High integrity, solid business acumen, including numerical and analytical ability, and the ability to train and develop subordinates.
  • Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to present in virtual meetings and on-site with student-facing duties.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM, CampusVue, and proficiency in MS Office.
