Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our Land Surveying Operations team at Colliers Engineering & Design. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day land surveying operations, including client communication, project proposal preparation, and overseeing survey crews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal and external, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Project Proposal Preparation: Prepare and submit project proposals, including budgeting and scheduling, to secure new business opportunities.
  • Survey Crew Oversight: Lead and manage 2 or more survey crews to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, combining existing client relationships with Colliers Engineering & Design's diverse land survey and measurement services.

Qualifications:

  • Maine State Professional Land Surveyor License preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in all areas of land surveying operations.
  • Ability to generate revenue through existing client relationships and new business development.
