Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of resident apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, and restocking supplies
  • Providing housekeeping services to our residents, such as making beds, changing linens, and assisting with laundry
  • Keeping shared community spaces clean and tidy, including removing trash, wiping down surfaces, and disinfecting high-touch areas
  • Assisting with light maintenance and repair tasks, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains

Estimated Salary: $18.25 - $20.75 per hour.
