The ideal candidate will have experience working with Medicare patients and be able to lead a team of nurses to provide exceptional care.

Job Summary

The Nursing Department Manager will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and managing the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures for nursing services
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to nursing services
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans
  • Monitoring patient outcomes and adjusting care plans as needed
  • Managing budgets for nursing services
Requirements
  • Active RN or LPN license in good standing
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing management
  • Experience working with Medicare patients
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
