KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed in the United States (Juris Doctor) with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in a respected law firm and/or multinational corporations is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in managing commercial transactions within the technology and digital sectors is required.
- Proven track record in team management.
- Experience in intellectual property matters is advantageous.
- Ability to balance legal considerations with business objectives effectively.
- Experience in process management and the development and implementation of corporate policies is highly valued.
- Proven capability to navigate complex organizational structures efficiently.
- Strong ability to influence, collaborate, and build partnerships with legal peers and business units.
