ManTech is seeking a Project Integrator. In this role, you will provide direct support to the customer Front Office, collaborating with leaders at various levels of the organization to meet project goals. As a key member of our team, your contributions will be vital in achieving essential mission objectives. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture, document, organize, and monitor intricate requirements, actions, and tasks for both the customer and program team.
  • Assist the Front Office in evaluating, documenting, tracking, and predicting new program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs).
  • Support the definition of business processes for the overall Office.
  • Develop and maintain reporting for the Front Office.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming actions and tasks effectively.
  • Coordinate project timelines, including participation in meetings; document and distribute minutes and action items, and track the completion of these items.
  • Assist in preparing management plans and reports.
  • Understand workflows across divisions.
  • Provide support to various functional teams, including technical writing, editing of documents, and integrating diverse sources into a cohesive product.
  • Compose technical documentation such as user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
  • Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, and other customer deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in project administration, integration, or management.
  • Experience in Process Improvement or Change Management.
  • Bachelor's degree or a High School Diploma with an additional 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Agile Methodology.
  • Experience with the Atlassian suite of products, including Confluence and JIRA.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Clearance Requirements: Active/current TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
