Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to multiple projects by aiding in project organization, scheduling, and tracking progress.
  • Engage with clients to ensure their needs are clearly understood and expectations are fulfilled.
  • Support project leaders and team supervisors in the development of project strategies, financial plans, and documentation.
  • Guarantee that all necessary project documentation is thorough, precise, and current.
  • Recognize potential challenges and collaborate with project leaders to formulate effective risk management strategies.
  • Facilitate project operations and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Offer assistance to the project team and clients as needed.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
  • Possession of an active TS/SCI clearance.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years of continuous experience in CDL truck driving with a clean driving record is required.
  • International driver's license with CDL equivalent is mandatory.
  • At least one year of experience in logistics management.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

Certifications Required

  • Certification as a forklift operator.
Preferred Qualifications
  • HAZMAT CDL endorsement is highly preferred.
  • German driver's license with CDL equivalent is desirable.
  • Experience with overseas projects is advantageous.
Work Environment
  • Office or building setting.
  • Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
