Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Integrator to join our team at ManTech. As a Project Integrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our customer's Front Office, working closely with chiefs and directors to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture, record, and track complex requirements, actions, and tasks for customer and program teams.
  • Assist the Front Office in assessing, documenting, tracking, and forecasting new program requirements and technical exchange meetings.
  • Help define business processes for the overall Office.
  • Create and maintain Front Office reporting.
  • Triage and prioritize actions and tasks as they come in.
  • Coordinate project schedules, including participation in meetings, documentation, and distribution of minutes and action items.
  • Assist in the preparation of management plans and reports.
  • Understand workflows across divisions.
  • Provide support to various functional teams, including technical writing, technical editing, and integration of sources into a cohesive product.
  • Compose technical documents, including user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
  • Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience with project administration, project integration, or project management.
  • Experience with Process Improvement or Change Management.
  • Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma plus additional 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Agile Methodology.
  • Experience with Atlassian suite of products, such as Confluence and JIRA.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Clearance Requirements

Active/current TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
