Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Linux System Engineer to join our team as a technical lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, administering, and enhancing Linux cloud and on-premises compute environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer Linux cloud and on-premises compute environments
  • Improve client environments with container software for seamless orchestration
  • Research and identify new methodologies to establish and automate DevOps pipelines
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, provide Level 2 technical support, and perform root cause analysis for production errors
  • Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
Requirements
  • 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 3 years of experience with a Master's degree in a related field, or 9 years of experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum Secret clearance required to start
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI with enhanced security checks
  • 3+ years of experience in virtual or containerized environments, automation scripts, cloud environments, Linux administration, and VMware vCenter and ESXi
