  • Resolve complex software problems and provide suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
  • Participate in the development of software applications using agile methodologies.
  • Lead and direct the work of other software developers on development teams.
  • Act as a team leader on projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Use application programming interfaces (APIs) with X12/EDI, WTX, ITX, Mercator, and Data Stage integration tools.
  • Utilize low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
  • Perform agile and hybrid low-code application development.
  • Provide 24x7 support when required, working as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in a related field, such as Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Programming, etc.
  • 5-10 years of experience with strong technical knowledge of Websphere Transformation Extender (WTX or ITX), Mercator, Data Stage, Web Methods, or other ETL tools.
  • Experience with Unix or Linux systems.
  • Experience with EDI Integration Tools.
  • Ability to deliver solutions that meet the identified acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Security + Certification is required, but willingness and capability to obtain it is a plus.
  • Ability to develop professional documentation and other written materials.
  • Considerable experience in requirements analysis, testing, and documentation.
  • Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.
  • DoD Approved 8570.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Category IATM Level II and relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
  • Preferred experience in environments with rigorous change/configuration management processes.
