Position Overview

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the store's team members and ensuring the overall success of the retail location. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding Sales Associates to achieve sales targets through exemplary customer service.

  • Managing all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, handling returns, and delegating tasks among team members.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Retail Operations Supervisor position will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
  • A proactive approach to delivering personalized retail experiences.
  • A genuine interest in the powersports community, with motorcycle knowledge being a plus.
