Customer Engagement
Foster a culture that prioritizes exceptional internal and external customer experiences.
Maintain high standards of customer readiness and deliver a clean, organized, and accessible shopping environment.
Enhance customer loyalty by coaching and motivating the store team to promote loyalty programs.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training staff; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees, including termination; and addressing complaints and issues within the store.

Supervise all store personnel.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
A minimum of 2-4 years of management experience is preferred.
Familiarity with company standard software, systems, and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in coaching, teaching, training, organizing, planning work assignments, and delegating responsibilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel to various locations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including days, mid-shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
This position requires a standard 40-hour workweek, with potential for additional hours during peak times. Overtime must be pre-approved by a supervisor.
Willingness to relocate within the company when necessary and possibly on short notice.
