Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Health Information Specialist I-Onsite to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing medical records requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and providing exceptional customer service.

This is an entry-level position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are a team player with a passion for delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process medical records requests in accordance with company and facility policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information
  • Adhere to company and customer facility code of conduct and policies
  • Inform manager of work, site difficulties, and/or fluctuating volumes
  • Assist with additional work duties or responsibilities as evident or required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to commute between locations as needed
  • Able to work overtime during peak seasons when required
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Comfortable utilizing phones, fax machine, printers, and other general office equipment on a regular basis
