Job Details:
Part-time afternoon shifts primarily from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $26.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Not certified yet? We offer an on-site training program as part of our commitment to our Behavior Technicians and their vital role in enhancing children's lives. Our goal is to provide thorough training as a pathway to RBT certification.

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) operates under the guidance of a BCBA, delivering 1:1 ABA interventions in various settings including homes, schools, and clinics.


In this role, you will be responsible for implementing treatment protocols, collecting data on targeted behaviors, and documenting service notes. Additionally, you will engage with families, providing training and gathering data on caregiver behaviors.

Looking for advancement? Qualified Behavior Technicians can progress in the field of Pediatrics and ABA by becoming a BCBA or BCaBA through our structured practicum program, which provides the necessary fieldwork hours and training in designing and implementing behavior programs.


Key Responsibilities:


- Under BCBA supervision, deliver direct client care in both individual and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training methods.

- Adhere to prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as directed by the supervising Behavior Analyst.


- Document data and session notes in the electronic medical record systems as required.

- Maintain client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in training parents and caregivers in line with individualized treatment plans.


- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.

- Collaborate with the treatment team, including clients, parents, and other professionals.
- Maintain the Registered Behavior Technician credential or actively work towards it.
- Participate in telehealth training and supervision as needed.
- Fulfill other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- Minimum of a high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
