Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in both center-based and home-based environments (training provided)

Assist clients with autism in developing communication, social, and self-help skills in individual or small group settings

Collect and analyze data to track the progress of the children we support

Provide regular written and verbal updates on treatment objectives

Comply with all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards as established by the clinical team

Maintain appropriate safety measures and hygiene practices both on and off the job (we supply necessary protective equipment and communication tools, and limit exposure through small workgroups)

Communicate effectively – both verbally and in writing – with clients, families, and colleagues

Participate in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance your knowledge.

Role Details:

Availability

Evenings Monday-Friday 3PM-7PM,

Flexible schedule for 3 or more days/evenings Monday-Friday

Compensation: $23.00-$25.00/hour based on experience


Training will primarily take place in-home, with necessary commutes to the training center.
