Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per yearJob Responsibilities:

This role involves assisting in the planning and execution of construction projects. Key responsibilities include supporting the Project Manager with resource coordination, attending stakeholder meetings, monitoring project progress, and communicating project status to all participants.

  • Coordinate resources, equipment, and meetings with the Project Manager.
  • Organize and attend stakeholder meetings to keep project teams informed.
  • Monitor project progress and address any arising issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and communicate project status effectively.
  • Utilize project management tools to track working hours, budget, and project deliverables.
  • Promote quality assurance by conducting regular tests and audits.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Relevant work experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
  • Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare flowcharts, schedules, and action plans.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Bluebeam.
