As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project execution, from planning to completion. Your comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and safety regulations will ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to align with company goals and client expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering collaboration and maintaining open communication channels.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance protocols throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project finances, prepare cost estimates, and manage expenditures to maintain budgetary controls and optimize resource allocation.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports, including key performance indicators, to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 3-10 years of relevant experience in project management or engineering within the construction sector.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
