Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Buyer for Integrated Investment to support the daily operations of our paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a natural curiosity, resourcefulness, and a strong affinity for data analysis, alongside a genuine passion for the advertising industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Buyers and Supervisors to develop integrated investment strategies.
- Engage in team brainstorming sessions to formulate media partner consideration sets.
- Assist in the creation and presentation of media campaign documentation, including plan decks and flowcharts.
- Work closely with the Media Operations team to manage media buying platforms for billing and budget oversight.
- Draft media contracts within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Crossmedia's terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to maintain billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct consumer analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor campaign performance on a weekly basis to ensure optimal pacing.
- Support the management of campaign flowcharts and presentation materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $43,000 to $48,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
