Systems Integration Specialist

Your Move Green Bay is seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to enhance its Information Technology Services (ITS) department. This role is pivotal in the architecture, development, testing, and implementation of integrations across various enterprise systems. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to create scalable and efficient integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee technical integrations among multiple platforms utilizing various integration technologies.
  • Collect functional and technical specifications to design, test, deploy, and maintain all enterprise integrations.
  • Work alongside functional users and ITS personnel to evaluate requirements, assess designs, define functional specifications, and develop technical designs for effective implementation.
  • Establish data integration standards in line with the organization's information services policies and industry best practices to ensure optimal performance and data quality across systems.
  • Engage in application release evaluations and testing, identifying potential enhancements related to new features and functionalities.
  • Review integration development efforts to ensure adherence to consistent methodologies and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in configuring Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication for new and existing enterprise systems.
  • Manage the ticketing system, including issue triaging, investigation, and resolution implementation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and participate in required training sessions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field is essential.

Experience and Skills:

  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in developing and supporting complex system integrations.
  • At least two (2) years of experience with Workday integrations is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of integration design, testing methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Experience with integration tools such as Constituo, Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
  • Proficiency in SQL, JSON, XML, XSLT, and web services (SOAP, REST).
  • Familiarity with best practices for Workday Integration tools and security.
  • Workday certifications in Integrations, Advanced Reporting, Security, and/or HCM/FIN/SCM Core are desirable.
  • Experience in fostering a diverse work environment is highly valued.
