Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee technical integrations among diverse systems utilizing various integration platforms.
  • Collect functional and technical specifications to design, test, deploy, and maintain all enterprise integrations.
  • Work closely with functional users and ITS personnel to evaluate requirements, review designs, define functional specifications, and create technical blueprints for deployment.
  • Establish data integration standards in accordance with the organization's information services policies and best practices to ensure optimal performance and data quality across multiple database systems.
  • Engage in application release evaluations and testing by identifying potential impacts and enhancement opportunities associated with new features and functionalities.
  • Review integration development processes to ensure adherence to consistent methodologies and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in configuring Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication for new and existing enterprise systems.
  • Manage the ticketing system, including prioritizing and investigating issues, and implementing necessary corrections.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned and participate in required training sessions. Maintain regular attendance and adhere to safety and health regulations as mandated by the organization.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field is essential.

Experience and Skills:

  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in developing and supporting complex system integrations.
  • At least two (2) years of experience with Workday integrations is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong grasp of integration design principles, testing methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., middleware, transformation logic).
  • Familiarity with one or more integration tools (e.g., Constituo, Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors).
  • Proficient in SQL, JSON, XML, XSLT, and web services (SOAP, REST).
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices for Workday Integration tools and technologies.
  • Understanding of Workday security best practices.
  • Workday certifications in Integrations, Advanced Reporting, Security, and/or HCM/FIN/SCM Core are desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in fostering a diverse work environment or a commitment to do so.
