Required Qualifications:


• A minimum of 10 years of experience in veterinary practice management.


• At least 8 years of experience in large-scale veterinary operations.


• 5+ years of experience leading veterinary projects and initiatives.


• Bachelor's degree in veterinary science or a related field.


• Extensive knowledge of veterinary systems and practices.


• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Strong relationship-building skills with various stakeholders.


• Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.


• Results-driven, self-motivated, and energetic.


• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.


• Ability to work in a flexible environment utilizing agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience with veterinary management software and systems.
