About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our WoodSpring Suites location in Midland, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of 6-8 employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and quality of the hotel, ensuring it meets brand standards.
  • Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies, including sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, conventions, and tourism organizations to drive revenue and growth.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in hotel operations, sales, and marketing.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years' experience in extended-stay hotel operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Multilingual skills.
