The Director of Risk Management will work closely with Account Producers to provide risk management direction and oversight on client accounts, maintain relationships with clients to ensure overall compliance, build relationships with insurance companies to enhance services provided to Alera Group clients, and continually develop expertise in the Risk Management field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Visits and Risk Management Support (80%): Conduct on-site visits and provide risk management support to clients.
  • Supporting Sales Presentations (10%): Assist Account Producers in sales presentations to clients.
  • Risk Management Programming Identification and Development (10%): Identify and develop risk management programs for clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience in Safety Management field.
  • Pennsylvania Safety Committee Trainer Certification.
  • OSHA Outreach Training Certification.
