Role Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Operations Strategist to enhance and oversee our operational and data management systems. This role is pivotal in optimizing our current Google Sheets framework as we transition to a comprehensive ERP system. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our Leadership team to identify the most suitable ERP solution and manage all operational facets of its implementation, including architecture, project management, consultant negotiations, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Executive team to formulate long-term operational and financial system strategies, establishing timelines and tactical plans for system enhancements.
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of operational systems, ensuring project timelines and scopes are met with the assistance of external consultants.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and report on operational KPIs in partnership with key managers, ensuring data accuracy and visibility for performance tracking.
  • Automation Initiatives: Create automated reporting systems for real-time metrics, enhancing internal visibility and operational efficiency.
  • Infrastructure Oversight: Maintain and improve existing operational systems, minimizing downtime and errors while ensuring user-friendly interfaces.
  • System Documentation: Document existing processes and maintain records to support system upgrades and ERP migration.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to optimize operational systems, enhancing user experience and overall business strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior analyst role with a focus on system management and analysis.
  • Experience in food and beverage production is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, with experience in ERP/MRP implementation.
