About the Role

RTX is seeking an experienced Technical Requirements Manager to join our team in Tewksbury, MA. As a key member of our System Engineering Directorate, you will be responsible for managing requirements for advanced radar systems.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update DOORS database for GhostEye program and variants
  • Prepare DOORS database to generate CDRLs using IBM Rational Publishing Engine
  • Create user accounts and manage access
  • Troubleshoot and resolve DOORS errors from both users and automated scripting
  • Engage with DT for support for installation and configuration of DOORS server and client instances
  • Develop and run scripts using DXL to automate DOORS tasks such as linking, post-processing, archiving and error checking
  • Perform file transfer activities as Data Transfer Agent
  • Lab custodian responsibilities including maintaining applicable documentation regarding the Closed Area Access List and training authorized individuals to open/close the area
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 3 years of prior relevant experience. In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required.

Experience with requirements management in DOORS or similar is also essential. Active and transferrable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $77,000 - $163,000.
