We are seeking a skilled Radar Systems Engineer to join our team in Tewksbury, MA. This position requires daily on-site support and is not open to hybrid or remote possibilities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a dynamic team responsible for defining customer needs, functional and product architecture, requirements definition and decomposition, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), system performance, and System Security Engineering (SSE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Development of concepts of operations for radar systems
  • Radar processing algorithm development
  • Radar software requirements development
  • Statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data
  • Analysis tool development in support of problem identification and resolution

The selected candidate will be responsible for helping to identify issues, generate solutions, and verify the solutions are implemented as designed. This role will require communication skills to convey solutions and results to teammates and leadership.

Required Qualifications
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 7 years of prior relevant experience
  • In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • An active and in-scope Secret US security clearance
  • Experience with design, development, and analysis of radar system and software architectures
  • Experience with signal processing techniques in complex propagation environments
  • Design experience in the following radar system areas; antenna, receiver/exciter, waveforms, digital beamforming, multi-sensor track management and data fusion, adaptive signal processing, clutter mitigation techniques, electronic attack and electronic protect, sensor resource management and mission planning

The estimated salary range for this role is $118,000 - $246,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
